Introduction to stone carving with Franck Jalleau, by engraving some Roman capitals. With my classmates, we chose "regional cheeses" as the theme for this workshop. Everyone had to engrave a cheese from their region of origin to honour French culture. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't decide which cheese to engrave, so I decided to carve "Bon Fromage" in Latin.
