[Work in progress] Morali is a typographic revival based on the typeface of the book ‘Discorsi Morali’ by Fabio Glissenti printed by Bartholomeo Ginammi in Venice around 1600. This book explores the theme of the displeasure of dying and the reasons why death should be ardently desired rather than despised. After an in-depth analysis of the book and its font, I began to design this typeface, which I have named Morali, and which is composed solely of lower case for the time being.
